“Trust me” and everything will be alright, that’s how we build relationship supposedly.. Will you take his/her word? I believe not, that’s more likely a movie ending not a business decision.
I am looking for a nice word that will not ruin the relationship that was built on “trust” but I guess I can’t find the right term. Would I dwell for a “tooth for a tooth” or an” eye for an eye” ?
Will I just keep quite and let the cruise find its way and be cursed at the end or shall I lead the way so people close to you will be spare from hurting themselves or others.
Trust and loyalty are big deals when you are in position of leadership, because everyone wants to be your friend for specific reasons. And everyone else doesn’t like you for the same reasons.
There are others who break trust in order for them to get up into ladder , who cares if they are stepping into others shoes, they want to be the top and wears the best!
Sometimes you find yourself in the middle of nowhere and no matter how you balance things still people will be affected. how would you draw the line between keeping a secret so as not to hurt others and revealing the secret so as not to hurt yourself?
It seems there’s no happy ending, it’s a vicious cycle of one’s wish to acquire monetary gains as opposed to live with integrity. How can people sleep at night or look into your eyes knowing they did betray your trust?

There are two barriers that often prevent communication between the young and their elders. The first is the middle aged forgetfulness of the fact that they are no longer young. The second is youthful ignorance of the fact that the middle-aged are still alive. and if the two come together, the only left things to say is…Money talks but can’t buy trust and loyalty!
