I’ve experimented cookies made of “gluten-free “flour and almond meal. Not that I am allergic to it but to know the difference between… all-purpose flour ,gluten-free flour and almond meal.
Or.. joining the so-called fad and crazy diet? 🙂
What is gluten? Gluten is the Protein content found in wheat flour. I know, we need protein in our diet and there’s always a benefit and downsides of it.
Did I succeed? Well, not sure yet but it seems the texture of all-purpose flour is better but in taste it seems, the same. Maybe I need more try outs before I can really know the difference.
Anyhow, yesterday I made a nutty cookies, I used pistachio,almond and sesame seeds. I also topped it with strawberry jam.
Ladies, am I making another fifty cookies challenge ? NOPE! just making it in my free time!
