img_9115How nutritious is blackberry?

It contains a big dose of vitamin C. An excellent source of both soluble and insolluble fibers. I used peanut butter and brown sugar with a tablespoon of flaxseeds. Each tablespoon of flaxseed contains about 1.8 grams of plant omega 3s.Ground flaxseed is also a good support if you are trying to lose weight because it contains fibers which make you feel full.

 

To make this cookie more healthy I used organic wheat flour.

Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup oatmeal

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

3/4 cup chopped walnut

3/4 cup peanut butter

3/4 cup honey

2 tbsp canola oil

1 egg

Instructions:

Pre -heat oven to 350°F. Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, oil, egg and honey together, Add the mixed dry ingredients, wall nuts and mix it well. Scoop with small ice cream scooper and flatten it with your thumb, pressed the middle, add the blackberry . Bake for 15 minutes.
